They say
The quiet ones are the most dangerous
With you, pretty woman
That may very well be true

I’ve watched you across the bar
Many days and nights
I think I should know you well
For all the talks we’ve never had

The secluded character
The stoic type
A reservation for one, you are
No second seat offered at your table

And no one dare pull up a chair
For we have witnessed the unfortunate few
Who pushed their luck a hand too far
And found bark and bite of equal venom

Pretty woman, mute as the wind
Loudest in her hurricane
She blows right past me
A testing, fang-filled smile my way

Nidoran♀, the Poison Pin Pokémon

“The Nidoran is one of the few known Pokémon in the world whose difference between its male and female subjects can categorize them as separate species. Female Nidoran are the blue-skinned breed of the species, and beyond that are still visibly different from their male counterparts. Their bodies and horns are smoother, their ears are smaller, bodies bulkier and fangs larger. They also develop whiskers that the males don’t, and they use these to detect the direction of the wind and sense nearby predators.”

“So too are the rest of their physical traits more tuned to defensive survival. The larger incisors they have are used to help chew food, for themselves and their pack, especially the males. Their teeth can crack the skin of tougher berries, softening them so all their kind can digest them. The male and female share an innate venom they secret through their horns, but as the female Nidoran have blunt-end horns, they can only inflict their venom on predators who charge them first, waiting until they’re close enough for the Nidoran to weakly spew the venom from their horn and spray it about. Any non-immune creature hit by this venom suffers a slow but painful and eventually deadly ailment if it is not cured in time.”
