His brain isn’t small
He’s just thick-skinned and big-boned, is all
Space and size are relative things
It’s no wonder all those who go hunting can bring this elephant down

Even if no one thinks of him as such

Rhyhorn, the Spikes Pokémon

“Rhyhorn are strong. With a thick, powerful hide, and bones one-thousand times stronger than that of the average human, these Pokémon can smash through skyscrapers and mountains with ease. They can break through steel, and because of their stone hide the pain or shock of doing so won’t hit the Pokémon’s nerves until many hours after the fact, sometimes up to a full day’s worth. Though their short legs make it near impossible for the Pokémon to turn and maneuver itself as it runs, there is little that can stand in their way to stop their charge and they won’t stop until they are tired or are stopped by that immovable wall.”

“As all of their impressive traits are put into their strength and durability, Rhyhorn are quite simple creatures; some might even call them as ‘thick as their own hide.’ They have a short-term memory, and can often forget their actions and intentions quite quickly. They can even forget their own previously claimed territory of land, idling and walking off at random. Collision with a strong-enough object can jog their memories, though, which is more than we know is possible with the equally dull Slowpoke. While this isn’t a problem for the species’ place in Rhyhorn Racing, a popular sport in the Kalos region, it does make the Pokémon unsuitable for any other work or orders one might give them.”
